Terms of Service

These terms apply to the ListingBoost website and the ListingBoost Crawler Chrome extension, both operated by Sriram Prabhu P. Using either means you accept them.

What the service does

ListingBoost examines the pages of an online store and reports SEO problems it finds, along with instructions for fixing them. Pro accounts can also crawl a whole site and generate social content drafts.

What it does not promise

Scores are our own assessment, not a search engine's. Treat them as a checklist, not a verdict.

Your account

• You need an account to use anything beyond the free preview, and you must give a real email address.
• Your account is yours alone. Do not share the login.
• You are responsible for what happens under your login, so keep the password to yourself.
• Accounts on our other product, Ecommerce AI SEO Booster, are entirely separate. They do not work here, and registering here does not give you anything there.

Fair use

You may check sites you own or are authorised to work on. You may not use ListingBoost to crawl sites you have no relationship with, to overload anyone's server, or to work around another site's stated wishes. Our crawler stays within a page budget, pauses between requests, and follows your sitemap precisely so it stays a good citizen — please do not try to defeat that.

Do not resell the output as a service of your own, script the API for bulk automation outside your own stores, or attempt to break the software or reach other customers' data.

Plans and payment

• The free plan has monthly limits shown in your dashboard. Pro raises them.
• Pro is billed as a recurring subscription through Dodo Payments, who are the merchant of record. Prices are shown before you pay and include any applicable tax — the figure on the page is the figure you are charged.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for.
• If ListingBoost fails to do what this page says it does, email us within 14 days of paying and we will refund you. We would rather return your money than keep it from someone the product did not help.
• We may change prices, but never for a period you have already paid for, and we will give at least 30 days' notice by email.

Content the AI generates

Social posts and other drafts are suggestions produced by a language model. Read them before you post them. You are responsible for anything you publish, including whether it complies with the rules of the platform you publish it on. We deliberately do not post anything on your behalf.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider outages and faults happen. If a prolonged outage stops you using a plan you have paid for, tell us and we will make it right on the bill.

Your content

Your pages and your reports remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to fetch the pages you ask us to check, analyse them, and store the resulting reports in your account. We claim no ownership over your store, your text, or your images.

Ending it

You can stop at any time by cancelling and deleting your account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, attacks the service, or is used to harm others — we will tell you why, and where the problem is fixable we will say how.

Liability

ListingBoost is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost profit, lost rankings, lost sales — and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes to these terms

If we change them materially we will email account holders before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version.
